The Cherrie subscription box and the one time purchase box are final sale. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for more information on our cancellation policies. If you receive a box that is damaged or if any products are damaged please contact us within 14 days of receiving your box at firstname.lastname@example.org Please attach a photo of the damaged box or product with your e-mail and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Please notify us if there is any issue with the delivery of your package and we will work with Canada Post to find a solution. For clarification, packages marked delivered by Canada Post will be deemed to be delivered.
